Reception And Call Center Agent
Job Description
We are urgently looking for Reception/Call Center Agent who would mainly deal with the clinical operation that focuses on patient's transactions that would cover clerical and cashiering tasks as well. This would include the clinical process from plotting an appointment to providing invoices as they finish the treatment. . At least 1-2 years reception and call center experience . Experience in medical/dental field is an advantage . Computer Literate, well organized and has an excellent attention to details Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Must be fluent in both English and Arabic language Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Reception or Call Center: 1 year (Required)
- English and Arabic (Required)
