Reception And Call Center Agent
Job Description
The required Reception/Call Center Agent would mainly deal with the clinical operation that focuses on patient's transactions that would cover clerical and cashiering tasks as well. This would include the clinical process from plotting an appointment to providing invoices as they finish the treatment. . With or without experience. . Experience in medical/dental field is an advantage. Computer Literate, well organized and has an excellent attention to details. Strong language skills preferably both in ENGLISH and ARABIC.
