Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Call Center Agent to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling all customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and efficient manner. You will provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong attention to detail.
