Confirm, reschedule, and follow up
on customer appointments withzero tolerance for no-shows
. Converthot leads from Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads
into confirmed bookings.Master the script
while handling objections and securing commitments. Keep theCRM system updated
to track and manage leads efficiently. Work under pressure, meet daily targets, andensure the showroom stays busy
.Requirements:
Minimum
two years of experience
in acall center, sales, or appointment-setting role
. Afearless communicator
with the ability toturn hesitations into confirmed appointments
.Disciplined and proactive
, with aresults-driven mindset
. Experience withCRM software
is a plus, butfast learners
are welcome. Willingness towork flexible hours
