We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused
Call Center Agent
to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will handle incoming and/or outgoing calls related to property inquiries, client follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and lead generation. You will play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships and supporting our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound calls regarding property listings, prices, and real estate services.
Qualify and generate leads for the sales team.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
Schedule appointments and property viewings for clients with agents.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups using CRM software.
Provide information about properties, neighborhoods, and market trends.
Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to the appropriate department.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and leads.
Work closely with sales agents and marketing teams to ensure smooth client communication.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a call center, customer service, or telemarketing role (Real Estate experience is a plus).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
Fluent in [English/Other required languages].
