Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
Provide accurate information about hospital services, departments, and appointments
Schedule and manage patient appointments using the hospital's system
Address patient inquiries and escalate concerns as necessary
Maintain a high standard of patient service and communication
Ensure accurate documentation of all calls and follow-up actions
Requirements:
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role (healthcare experience preferred)
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic or additional languages is a plus)
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Ability to handle a fast-paced, patient-centric environment
* Proficient in computer and call management systems
