- Should have very strong spoken and written communication skills in English will be given preference. - Ability to multitasks as job require communication through email or chats as well. - Good typing skills - Available to start immediately. - Flexible to work in rotational shifts. - MUST have 1 year call center experience. - Answering calls from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints. - Identify customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives. - Handling and resolving customer complaints on offered services. - Place new orders as & when needed. - Follow call script & etiquette. - Providing information on the services offered. - Escalating inquiries to respective departments or supervisor as & when needed. - Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge. - Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
