Job Description

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agents to join our team in Dubai. As a Call Center Agent, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries and concerns. Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally. Provide information about products, services, and promotions to customers. Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed. Follow communication Scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent service. Enter and update customer information in the system accurately. Maintain a high level of knowledge about company products and policies. Collaborate with team members to achieve call center targets and goals. Handle outbound calls for follow-ups, surveys, and promotions. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience as a Call Center Agent or in customer service. Excellent communication and listening skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Proficiency in using computer systems and software. UAE residency or work permit is required. Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
