Job Summary: Looking for a Call Center Agent in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:
  • Respond to phones calls or emails from the clients
  • Reply to enquiries on all social media platforms as well as live chat from customers
  • Monitor complicated customer interactions
  • Create a rapport with customers
  • Record details of customer interactions as necessary
  • Respond to inquiries in a professional way
  • Assist customers with product as well as service information as may be required
  • Assist in processing orders, forms as well as applications
  • Provide solutions to customer issues
  • Enter customer orders in the system
  • Carry out any other related tasks as may be required
Job Qualifications and Experience
  • The suitable candidate must be a graduate with at least 1 to 2 years of experience working as a call center agent or in a similar position
  • Excellent communication and telephone skills required
  • Must be computer literate
  • Should be organized and a good time manager
  • Excellent customer service skills required
