Languages Known: English, Arabic or Tagalog Requirements: Bachelors degree is must.
Should have good communication skill
Previous experience in customer service preferred.
Written and verbal skill in english should be excellent.
Should have knowledge about Real Estate companies. Responsibilities: Job Summary Act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. Job Responsibilities

• Assist administrative duties of TCS Department and ensure that contract documents are 100% accurate and to be filed in an organized manner.
• Answers inbound calls in a positive, professional manner.
• Maintaining all documents of TCS Department.
• Provides personalized customer service of the highest level and ensures full customer satisfaction by resolving issues expeditiously.
• Handle tenant\xe2\x80\x99s general inquiries received via email, phone call and walk in.
• Updates the existing customer database with contact information and status of each customer and records and maintains all customer interactions in CRM database.
• Follows up on customer calls with clerical duties.
• Attends to internal and external customers\' concerns via email and perform ad-hoc outbound activities.
• Liaises with other departments to ensure customer calls are addressed within the time frames provided to the customer.
• Analyzes the various parts of a problem properly and develops logical solutions.
