The Role
Baden BPO & Software LLC seeks dynamic and personable sales and customer service agents to manage client inquiries. A background in call center and customer service is a requirement. Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 A Call Center Representative focuses on building relationships with our clients through both inbound calls, outbound calls, and electronic communications.

Requirements
  • Strong command of the English language \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in desktop application and internet \xe2\x80\xa2 Must possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong problem-solving, multitasking skills and organizational expertise mastering job description, on call scripting and industry product knowledge \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidates must complete our training course.
