Job Description
Tybat Express is an onsite service provider for car battery and tyre in the UAE. We are looking for an enthusiastic Inbound Call Center Agent to join our team. List of Responsibilities:
- Fielding incoming calls and providing excellent customer service.
- Clearly understand the customer\xe2\x80\x99s request and be able to transmit it to the field teams in a proper & timely manner.
- Must be willing to learn and excel in over the phone sales practices.
- Must have a minimum previous experience in a similar role of 3 years.
- Must have a high-school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in English is a must and Arabic is an optional plus.
- Have good knowledge of most of the car brands and models.
- Be able to sell a product to the customers.
- Must have Good computer skills.
- English fluently (Required)
