Call Center Agent

Job Description

Hiring a Call Center Agent for Dubai. Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound calls from customers and provide excellent customer service.
  • Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, confirm appointments, and provide information about our products and services.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, and escalate complex issues to management as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer needs are met.
Key Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ year of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other computer applications.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
