Description

Only female candidates with fluency in English, arabic.

  • Manage amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Identifying customers' needs, and clarify information.
  • Build sustainable relationship and engage customers.
  • Keep records of all conversations in our call center data base in a comprehensible way.
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer support call in REAL ESTATE
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
  • Strong marketing or sales ability
Job Type: Part-time

Salary: AED1,700.00 - AED2,000.00 per month

Experience:
  • real estate: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
  • Arabic (Preferred)
  • English (Preferred)
