Job Description

Call Center Agent Language preferences: Excellent communication skills in English any other language is an added advantage. Role & Responsibility:

  • Contacting potential clients in the UAE and other countries in order to generate leads
  • Presenting the product and company services appropriately to clients to increase sales opportunities
  • Generating and qualifying leads from cold calling and managing the updates
  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs & requirements
Requirements
  • At least 1-year Proven experience as Tele Sales or other sales/customer service role
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs & telephone systems
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
Job Type: Full-time Experience:
