Join Our Team as a Call Center Agent / Content Moderator (English-Speaking) - Casablanca

Key Responsibilities:



Engage with UK-based customers via phone and email. Perform content moderation tasks to ensure compliance with guidelines. Provide exceptional customer service and accurate product information. Adhere to call scripts and company protocols. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.

Candidate Profile:



Fluent in English (spoken and written). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt. Ability to work flexible hours, including late shifts and weekends.

Shift Patterns:



Vacancy 1: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM (11:00 AM - 8:00 PM on weekends); alternating weekends off.
Vacancy 2: Primarily 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM shifts, with 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM on Wednesdays; off every Thursday and Friday, working weekends.

Compensation:



Monthly salary ranging from 6,000.00 DH to 8,000.00 DH, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
