Key Responsibilities:
Manage patient inquiries and coordinate with medical staff and homecare teams.
Handle appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and documentation accurately.
Provide clear and empathetic communication to clients and patients.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to healthcare communication standards.
Support recruitment and deployment processes for nurses when needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a
call center
, preferably in
healthcare or hospital environments
.
Fluent in Tagalog and English
(spoken and written).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in computer use and call management systems.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
Experience in
homecare or healthcare recruitment
.
Knowledge of UAE healthcare system is an advantage.
