Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls, WhatsApp messages, and online inquiries promptly and professionally.
Provide accurate information about Al Manara's medical services, doctors, and booking availability.
Schedule, confirm, and follow up on patient appointments.
Maintain detailed records of patient interactions in the clinic's CRM system.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth patient flow and communication.
Handle inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
Support marketing campaigns by following up on online leads or promotional offers.
Ensure the highest standards of customer service in every interaction.
Requirements:
Female candidate
(as per clinic requirement).
Fluent in
Arabic and English
(spoken and written).
Minimum
1 year of experience
as a healthcare call center agent.
Familiarity with medical terms, treatments, and services (especially dermatology, dental, and aesthetic services) is highly preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
