Arabic is a plus. Note: preference will be given to people who are on Visit/Cancelled Visa UAE Call Centre experience is Mandatory Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\x93 Assisting the sales team in the reporting of daily activities and results.
\xe2\x80\x93 Managing incoming and outgoing calls.
\xe2\x80\x93 Take ownership of each inquiry and booking.
\xe2\x80\x93 Update trackers and generate reports.
\xe2\x80\x93 Interact comfortably with colleagues at all levels.
\xe2\x80\x93 Provide support and information to the sales executives when required.
- Keep records of all conversations in our company database in a comprehensible way Qualifications required: Proven experience as a Customer Service Executive or relevant role.
Contact Centre, Call Center or Hospitality industry is Required
Proficiency in English
At least 1 year UAE Call centre experience is required
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Familiarity with CRM systems
