Call Center Agent

Job Description

  • Bilingual Arabic & English
  • Managing amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our service
  • Answer questions about our service or the company
  • Proficient in MS Office is a must.
  • Administrative/Secretary experience.
  • File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners
  • Flexible to work in Shifts
Experience:
  • receptionist/secretary: 1 year (Preferred)
