Job Description

Gathering information from clients on their insurance needs, Building and maintaining ongoing relationships with clients, Foreseeing client's insurance needs, such as policy renewals, Assisting clients whether and when they need to make a claim on their policies, Acquiring new clients and cross selling existing clients, Administrative tasks such as dealing with CRM system, keeping detailed records, Winning accounts, Collecting insurance premiums, Collaborate with supervisors and co-workers, Resolve customers complaints regarding sales & services. Any task that might pertain to the insurance department and client's relations team be it indoor or outdoor Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: From AED4,000.00 per month Experience:

  • customer service: 3 years (Preferred)
