CAFM - Maximo Operator - Administrative / Clerical
Position Overview
Dicetek LLC is seeking two proactive CAFM - Maximo Operators to support our facility management operations in Dubai. This role is vital for ensuring that service requests are logged, tracked, and resolved efficiently through our CAFM system. The successful candidates will combine administrative coordination skills with system proficiency to maintain smooth daily operations and improve service workflows.

What You'll Do

• Log and manage service requests (SRs) in the CAFM system based on internal reports
• Monitor active SRs to ensure prompt resolution and alignment with SLA targets
• Generate detailed reports (daily, weekly, monthly) on SR status, turnaround times, and KPIs
• Follow up with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues and escalate where necessary
• Maintain thorough documentation of all facilities and service-related activities
• Provide administrative support, such as meeting scheduling, document preparation, and internal coordination
• Help improve CAFM reporting accuracy and usability over time
• Uphold confidentiality standards in handling sensitive facilities data

Ideal Profile

• High school certificate or bachelor's degree in any field
• Experience with CAFM platforms such as Maximo is preferred
• Strong command of MS Office tools, especially Excel and Outlook
• Organized and attentive to detail, capable of managing time effectively
• Clear communicator with both written and verbal skills
• Prior experience in facility management or administrative support roles is advantageous
