Job Title: CAFM Coordinator



Location: Dubai, UAE



Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary:



We are seeking a

CAFM Coordinator

to oversee and manage our

Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system

to ensure efficient service delivery, asset management, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have experience in

CAFM software, data management, and facilities operations

.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage and maintain the

CAFM system

for efficient work order management, asset tracking, and reporting. Ensure timely input and updating of

PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance), reactive maintenance, and asset records

in the system. Generate reports, dashboards, and KPI analysis to support decision-making. Coordinate with

FM teams, contractors, and clients

to ensure service requests are logged, assigned, and completed efficiently. Conduct

system troubleshooting, user support, and training

for internal teams. Ensure

compliance with SLAs (Service Level Agreements), HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) policies, and contract requirements

. Assist in

system integration, upgrades, and enhancements

in collaboration with IT and vendors.

Qualifications & Skills:



?

Education:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in

Facilities Management, IT, Engineering, or a related field

.
?

Experience:

Minimum

2-3 years

of experience in a CAFM-related role within a

Facilities Management, Maintenance, Property Management, of CAFM developer environment

.
?

Technical Skills:



Proficiency in

CAFM software

(e.g., FSI, Maximo, Reflexion, Concept Evolution, or similar). Good knowledge of

asset management, PPM scheduling, and work order processing

. Basic understanding of

FM operations, MEP services, and HSE standards

.
?

Analytical & Reporting Skills:



Experience in

data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation

using CAFM software or tools like Excel/Power BI.
?

Soft Skills:



Strong

communication and coordination skills

. Ability to

work under pressure and multitask

. High attention to detail and

problem-solving ability

.

Preferred Criteria (Advantageous but not mandatory):



CAFM system certification

or relevant training. Knowledge of

IoT-based FM solutions, or AI-driven asset management

.
Previous experience working in a

hard and soft FM services environment

.
