We are Hiring
CAFM Coordinator
to join our Facility Management Team.Responsibilities:
Operating the CAFM system Monitoring the PPM/RM WO's progress & KPI compliance Audit the workflow assignments in CAFM (Yardi) or similar Preparing CAFM output performance report for management Coordinate with team to meet the targets/response/priority timelines in CAFM Tracking the materials flow and recording in CAFM system Coordinate with team for daily regular activity and operational requirements Report any breached WO or noncompliance transactions noticed in CAFM.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree holder . Minimum 2-3 years min. experience in FM field. Fully aware of CAFM system Yardi or similar one.
Salary will be finalized based on experience and assessment of candidate.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
