Requirements:
Proven Experience
in CAFM system operations and management.
Hands-on Experience
with CAFM software such as
Facilio, IBM Maximo
, or equivalent platforms.
Minimum 5 Years of Experience
in a similar role within the Facilities Management industry.
Experience in CAFM-BMS Integration Projects
- ability to manage and support system integration with Building Management Systems.
Technical Qualifications
and strong understanding of
Facilities Management processes and standards
