Job Description
We are urgently seeking a
Senior CAFM Coordinator
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) system, ensuring seamless integration with building systems, and supporting facility operations with technical expertise.Requirements:
Proven Experience
in CAFM system operations and management.Hands-on Experience
with CAFM software such asFacilio, IBM Maximo
, or equivalent platforms.Minimum 5 Years of Experience
in a similar role within the Facilities Management industry.Experience in CAFM-BMS Integration Projects
- ability to manage and support system integration with Building Management Systems.Technical Qualifications
and strong understanding ofFacilities Management processes and standards
