We are looking for dynamic sales lady with a passion for retail. The Cafe Worker is responsible for operating machines, packaging products, maintaining a clean and safe work environment and roasting coffee beans.
Key Responsibilities:
Improve profit and attain sales target of the Cafe
Deal with all complaints, queries, and other related customer service issues.
Ensure inventory is under control and regular cycle counts are conducted with minimal or no variances.
Ensure the shop floor is impeccable, the planogram is followed at all times, and cleanliness is looked into in detail.
Oversee receiving orders and stock control
Recognize future and present requirements of customers
Operate roasting machines.
Clean and maintain roasting equipment.
Label, weigh, and package roasted products.
Maintain inventory.
Ensure workplace safety and food hygiene practices.
Requirements and Skills:
Previous experience (preferred).
Knowledge of coffee.
Teamwork, discipline, and time management.

pay : 1,500.00 -2,000.00 per month

Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
* Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
