We are looking for businesses Development &Operations Manger

Job Knowledge

Supply Chain Management: Manage and optimize the supply chain process, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services .

Business Development: Contribute to the growth of the business by identifying and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency and expand the brand's presence.

- Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple restaurant and cafe, ensuring compliance with company standards and maximizing profitability.

- Training & Development: Support restaurant teams with training, operational guidance, and best practices to ensure consistent quality across all locations.

- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of all outlets, providing strategic insights and recommendations to enhance efficiency and profitability.

- Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with restaurant teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for operational issues.

- Compliance & Standards: Ensure all outlets adhere to health, safety, and company standards, implementing corrective actions when necessary.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role within the food and beverage industry.

Strong understanding of multi-unit operations and supply chain management.

Demonstrated success in managing and growing business operations.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, informed decisions.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred).

Speak Arabic and English fluently

UAE Experience is a Must in Abu Dhabi and Dubai

On-site restaurant environment, requiring flexibility with hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Regular interaction with staff, customers, and suppliers.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
