We are seeking an experienced and passionate Cafe Manager to lead daily operations, ensure outstanding customer experience, and maintain the highest standards in specialty coffee quality. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in managing cafe chains or multi-branch operations, and a solid understanding of digital marketing and current industry trends.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage daily cafe operations to ensure efficiency and consistency. Lead, motivate, and manage the cafe team to achieve high performance. Maintain high standards of specialty coffee quality and service. Manage staff scheduling, inventory control, and cost management. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene standards. Handle customer feedback and maintain excellent customer satisfaction. Support digital marketing initiatives and local promotional activities. Monitor sales performance and contribute to business growth strategies.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Cafe Manager or in a similar leadership role. Priority will be given to candidates with experience managing cafe chains or multiple branches. Strong background and hands-on experience in specialty coffee is required. Knowledge of digital marketing and awareness of current industry trends. Excellent leadership and people management skills are essential. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
