(female) Cafe Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Female Catering Cafe Manager to oversee the daily operations of our on-site cafe and manage all external and internal catering events.
This dual role requires a leader who excels at operational efficiency (managing the cafe's staff, inventory, and finances) while also possessing strong logistics and sales skills for planning, executing, and growing our catering services. The successful candidate will ensure exceptional food quality and customer satisfaction across both the cafe and catering divisions.
Key responsibilities include:
menu planning and arranging
Staff supervision and scheduling, for both sectors, budget management, coordinating catering logistics (from booking to delivery), and upholding strict hygiene standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR4,500.00 per month
