Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced
Cafe Manager
to oversee daily cafe operations, ensure excellent customer service, and lead the team effectively. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and staff performance to create a positive and efficient cafe environment.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily cafe operations to ensure smooth and efficient service Lead, motivate, and manage cafe staff including training, scheduling, and performance monitoring Provide excellent customer service and promptly address customer concerns or feedback Maintain inventory and ensure stock levels are sufficient; assist with ordering supplies as needed Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations Monitor cash handling and assist in daily cash reconciliation and reporting Support in preparing work schedules and managing shift rotations Collaborate with management to improve cafe processes and customer experience Handle administrative tasks such as record-keeping and reporting
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
