About the Role

Pangulf Group urgently looking to hire an experienced

Cafe Manager

to oversee the daily operations of our cafe in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing cafe operations, leading a team, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of the cafe. Train staff on food and beverage preparation and proper use of equipment. Organise staff schedules, supervise shifts, and ensure smooth service operations. Monitor and manage daily, weekly, and monthly sales and expenses. Coordinate with suppliers and ensure the timely availability of stock and ingredients. Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards. Address customer complaints and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Contribute to menu development and introduce seasonal items. Build strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and reputation. Ensure cafe premises and equipment are maintained in top condition.

Requirements & Skills

Experience:

3-4 years as a Cafe Manager in the UAE (mandatory). Hands-on experience with coffee machines and cafe equipment. Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills. Good understanding of cafe accounts and cost control. Must be available to work during cafe operating hours (including weekends and holidays). Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma. Knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices. Excellent customer service attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

UAE Driving License Multilingual (English, Hindi, Arabic preferred)
