Core Responsibilities:
Staff Management:Train, schedule, and supervise baristas and kitchen staff; provide coaching and performance feedback.
Operations Oversight:Manage daily tasks, ensure smooth service, maintain cleanliness, and uphold all health, sanitation, and safety standards.
Customer Experience:Ensure excellent service, resolve complaints professionally, build customer loyalty, and create a positive atmosphere.
Financial & Inventory Control:Monitor budgets, manage costs, order supplies, track inventory, and report on performance.
Menu & Marketing:Plan menus, suggest new items, oversee food preparation, and implement promotions or marketing plans to attract customers.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proven experience within GCC in hospitality or food service, often with a background in customer service.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and business management principles.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Locally available in Qatar.
