About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Cafe & Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations of our specialty coffee concept. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in managing cafe and restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow, excellent customer service, and efficient cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the cafe and restaurant, ensuring service excellence and smooth coordination between front and back of house. Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance to maintain high service standards. Monitor inventory, purchasing, and relationships with suppliers (food, beverage, and equipment). Maintain operational efficiency and ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and brand standards. Control costs related to manpower, wastage, and procurement while maximizing profitability.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in managing a cafe or restaurant, preferably within the specialty coffee or premium casual dining industry. Strong knowledge of cafe operations, food and beverage suppliers, and cost management. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and deliver consistent results. Passion for specialty coffee, customer experience, and operational excellence.
