We are looking to hire a Cafe Supervisor with minimum of two years experience in the same role.
Proven experience in a supervisory role in food service
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills
Basic math and computer literacy
High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training a plus
