Job Description

About the Role:



Key Responsibilities:



Supervise and coordinate front of the house and back of the house operations during shifts Ensure high standards of service, cleanliness, and customer care Support and train service staff to maintain consistency and efficiency Handle guest feedback or complaints in a professional manner Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed Ensure hygiene, safety, and sanitation protocols are followed Assist with opening and closing procedures

Requirements:



Previous experience as a supervisor or senior staff in a cafe or restaurant Strong leadership and communication skills A friendly, approachable, and customer focused attitude Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Familiarity with POS systems and basic daily reporting Female Arabic Speaker
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
