Cafe Manager & Lead Barista
to take charge of this exciting new venture.
Role Overview:
As the
Cafe Manager & Lead Barista
, you'll play a dual role:
Barista:
Craft exceptional coffee, smoothies, and refreshments.
Manager:
Oversee daily operations, inventory, sales, and customer experience.
You'll also have the opportunity to earn a percentage of the cafe's revenue, reflecting your direct contribution to its success.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, smoothies, and snacks.
Lead daily cafe operations: inventory, cleanliness, ordering supplies.
Deliver outstanding customer service to gym members and guests.
Track sales, monitor targets, and work to grow cafe revenue.
Hire, train, and supervise any additional cafe staff as needed.
Manage stock levels and minimize waste.
Collaborate with gym management on promotions, menu ideas, and events.
What We're Looking For:
Proven barista experience (latte art is a plus!)
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Positive, energetic, and customer-focused attitude.
Experience in cafe or food & beverage management preferred.
Basic knowledge of inventory management and cost control.
Passion for health, fitness, and creating a welcoming environment.
