Requirements
Proven experience as a Cafe Manager, Restaurant Manager, or similar role.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing attitude.
Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.
Proficient in using cafe management systems and MS Office applications.
Solid understanding of health and safety regulations applicable to cafes.
