Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Manager located in Dubai. The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee daily food service operations, manage the food and beverage team, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain high-quality standards. Responsibilities include planning menus, improving sales performance and operational efficiency, training baristas and service staff, motivating and supervising staff, managing budgets and cost control, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality regulations.
