To oversee daily operations of the ice cream cafe, ensuring smooth workflow, high-quality customer service, team management, and achievement of sales and operational targets while maintaining brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the cafe, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
Supervise, train, and motivate cafe staff to deliver excellent customer service.
Oversee inventory management, including ordering, stock rotation, and minimizing wastage.
Monitor food safety, hygiene, and quality control standards in line with Dubai Municipality regulations.
Prepare daily sales reports and manage cash handling procedures accurately.
Assist in the development and execution of promotional activities to increase footfall and sales.
Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Manage staff schedules and attendance to ensure adequate coverage during operational hours.
Drive local delivery or inter-branch visits as needed, ensuring timely stock and operational requirements are met.
Coordinate with suppliers and service providers for smooth operations and timely deliveries.
Ensure adherence to company policies and operational procedures.
Requirements:
Proven experience (minimum 2-4 years) as a Cafe Manager, preferably in ice cream, cafe, or QSR environment in the UAE.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Good understanding of stock management and basic financial reporting.
Knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety regulations.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Must have a valid UAE driving license and ability to drive for operational needs.
Proficiency in English and arabic
