Minimum 4 to 5 years in a Similar Industry or Supervisory/Managerial role in hospitalityResponsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the cafe, including staff management and scheduling
Maintain high standards of customer service and food quality
Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relations
Handle cash flow, budgeting, and cost control
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
Train, motivate, and lead cafe staff
Requirements:
Proven experience in a cafe, restaurant, or hospitality management role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Customer-focused with great communication skills
Familiarity with POS systems and basic financial reporting
. Fluent in Arabic; English is an advantage
