Job Summary:

We are looking for a driven and knowledgeable

Business Setup Sales Executive

to join our growing team in

Dubai

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for advising clients on business setup options in

Mainland, Free Zones, and Offshore jurisdictions

across the UAE. You will play a key role in converting leads into successful business setups by providing expert consultation and exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads and actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media. Consult clients on the most suitable jurisdiction and license type based on their business activity and goals (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore). Advise clients on required documents, visa quotas, office spaces, bank account openings, and other setup-related services. Prepare and present customized business setup proposals and close sales efficiently. Coordinate with internal PROs and operations teams to ensure smooth documentation and setup processes. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of government rules and regulations (DLD, DED, DMCC, RAKEZ, IFZA, etc.). Maintain CRM and client records accurately and follow up regularly with leads and existing clients. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

Proven 1-3 years' experience in

business setup sales or UAE company formation consulting

. Solid understanding of

UAE business structures

, licensing authorities, and setup processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Fluent in English; additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Russian, or Chinese) are a plus. Familiarity with Free Zones like DMCC, IFZA, RAKEZ, SHAMS, SPC, etc. Must be target-driven, customer-focused, and detail-oriented. UAE driving license is a plus.
