Job Purpose:
To drive growth and revenue for
DAL Technology
by identifying and securing new business opportunities in the fields of digital transformation, IT consultancy, software solutions, automation, and smart business services. The role focuses on building strong B2B relationships, closing high-value deals, and promoting DAL Technology's comprehensive offerings including cloud systems, tech advisory, digital marketing, business setup support, branding, and market research - positioning the company as a strategic tech and growth partner in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Opportunity Management
Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities in technology and innovation-driven sectors.
Generate leads through professional networking, referrals, digital outreach, LinkedIn, and events.
Qualify prospects and manage an active pipeline through CRM and lead nurturing tools.
2. Sales & Conversion
Conduct needs assessments to understand client pain points and digital requirements.
Present tailored technology-driven solutions and business packages.
Develop proposals, respond to RFPs, and close deals aligned with sales targets.
Maintain regular contact with prospects to guide them through the decision-making process.
3. Client Relationship Management
Serve as the main point of contact for new clients during the sales-to-delivery transition.
Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service rollout.
Maintain long-term client relationships and drive loyalty through value-added support.
4. Solution Promotion & Cross-Selling
Promote DAL Technology's core offerings, including:
Technology Consultancy & Digital Transformation
Custom Software & Automation Solutions
Cloud Services & Infrastructure
Branding & Digital Marketing Solutions
Business Setup & PRO Services
Market Research & Feasibility Studies
Recommend bundled services to maximize client ROI and increase deal size.
5. Market Intelligence & Strategic Input
Analyze tech trends, competitor solutions, and pricing strategies in the UAE and GCC.
Share insights with leadership to refine offerings, develop new products, and position DAL competitively.
Identify gaps in the market where DAL Technology can introduce innovative solutions.
6. Sales Reporting & Forecasting
Track sales activities, pipeline progression, and revenue forecasts using CRM tools.
Provide weekly reports on lead status, closures, and account developments.
Participate in strategic sales reviews and planning sessions with leadership.
7. Strategic Business Development
Target niche sectors such as fintech, logistics tech, healthtech, and SaaS startups.
Contribute to the design of go-to-market strategies for new tech solutions and services.
Align sales efforts with company growth plans and sector focus areas.
8. Partnership Development
Forge strategic alliances with tech vendors, platforms, accelerators, and government programs.
Build referral networks with consultants, incubators, and innovation hubs.
Represent DAL Technology at B2B forums, expos, and digital economy events.
9. Solution Packaging & Customization
Collaborate with product and consulting teams to co-design service packages tailored to client needs.
Support the creation of technical proposals, pitch decks, pricing models, and presentation materials.
Offer scalable solutions suitable for startups, SMEs, and growing enterprises.
10. Client Education & Advisory
Educate clients on relevant technology trends, digital infrastructure, and process optimization.
Conduct pre-sales consultations to align solutions with regulatory and operational needs.
Host workshops, demos, or webinars to build thought leadership and generate inbound interest.
11. Account Growth & Upselling
Monitor client usage, satisfaction, and future needs to identify upsell opportunities.
Introduce additional services such as cloud migration, ERP integration, or digital marketing.
Enhance client lifetime value through proactive engagement and retention strategies.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field (MBA or tech certification a plus).
3-5 years of experience in B2B technology sales, business development, or digital consulting (UAE/GCC preferred).
Track record in selling complex service-based or software/IT solutions.
Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Proficient in CRM platforms and digital prospecting tools.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
