Key Responsibilities:
Engage and consult with potential clients to understand their business needs and advise them on suitable company structures (mainland, free zone, offshore).
Generate leads through various channels (cold calling, referrals, networking events, online inquiries, etc.).
Provide accurate information regarding company formation procedures, visa requirements, licensing options, and other legal obligations.
Assist clients with document collection, application submissions, and coordination with government authorities.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local laws, regulations, and market trends related to business setup.
Prepare and present proposals, cost estimates, and service packages to clients.
Achieve monthly targets for client acquisition and revenue generation.
Build strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
Ensure high standards of customer service and professionalism throughout the sales and onboarding process.
Requirements:
Proven experience in business setup, sales, or consultancy roles (1-3 years minimum preferred).
Strong understanding of company formation procedures in [region].
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Fluent in English (Arabic or other language proficiency is an added advantage).
