The role involves advising clients on legal structures, company formation processes, licensing requirements, and regulatory compliance. The consultant ensures a smooth and efficient business setup while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Consultation & Advisory:
Understand client business objectives and recommend the most suitable company formation type (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore).
Provide insights on UAE business regulations, licensing procedures, and corporate laws.
Offer expert advice on visa processing, banking, taxation, and compliance.
2. Business Setup & Licensing:
Assist clients in preparing and submitting documents for business registration and licensing.
Liaise with government authorities (DED, Free Zones, MOHRE, Immigration, and other relevant entities) for approvals and permits.
Ensure clients meet all legal and regulatory requirements for company formation.
3. Relationship Management & Sales:
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and online channels.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities (e.g., VAT registration, accounting, corporate tax compliance).
4. Compliance & Documentation:
Guide clients in notarization, attestation, and translation of legal documents.
Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and submitted within deadlines.
Keep updated on UAE business laws, visa policies, and market trends.
5. Coordination & Process Optimization:
Collaborate with internal teams, legal advisors, and external agencies for seamless company setup.
Monitor and follow up on client applications and provide regular updates.
Improve internal processes to enhance customer experience and efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum
2-5 years of experience
in business setup consulting, corporate services, or a similar role in Dubai.
Strong knowledge of UAE company formation laws, licensing procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Proven ability to generate sales and meet revenue targets.
Detail-oriented with strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and business setup platforms.
Preferred Experience:
Prior work experience with
Free Zones, DED, or corporate service providers
in the UAE.
Familiarity with
visa processing, tax compliance (VAT, Corporate Tax), and bank account opening procedures
.
