Your Role
- Support execution of Pricing strategy in Markets, by:
- Coordinating execution of Market/ Local Pricing Campaigns
- Ensuring ad hoc customer pricing as per requests, supporting local account managers
- Ensuring timely closing of pricing requests, supporting local account managers
- Connecting with Regional General Management EAME in terms of product costing
- Local performance management and tracking of execution, including impact on margin and P+L
- Margin management (including by market, customer and product)
- Facilitate the local demand planning (input and consolidation) process by providing an operational forward-looking view, at a Market Cluster level
- Generate Market Cluster business analysis and performance services that enables accurate decision making for driving profitable growth
- Act as a business partner to Market Cluster to monitor the business performance, provide analytical insights and guide local decision making
- Investigate areas highlighted by EAME Business Intelligence, providing analyses, recommendation and actions at a Market Cluster, Market and Country level
- Act as a key local user of the Business Intelligence tools, services, etc.
- Management and steering of the market cluster P+L, including cost management and budgetary control
- Deliver successful implementation of relevant BI reporting and analysis tools
- Produce coherent view of the cluster and one set of numbers (single source of truth)
- Standardise processes and data streams on highest feasible level to remain operational
- Use of external data sources to benchmark market and category performance
- Manage target setting for markets and categories (Objectives, Goals, Strategy and Measures)
- Support in the establishment of a centralized Business Planning & Performance team by producing a coherent view of the cluster and one set of numbers (single source of truth)
About You
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s / Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree / MBA in Business Administration, Information Systems, Information Technologies, Data Analytics, Statistics, or other relevant subjects
- Experience in Business Planning and Data Analytics related fields / (Flavor & Fragrance alternatively in the F&B industry)
- Understanding of income statement/P+L drivers
- Drive and ability to handle stress and work with tight deadlines
- Ability to work effectively with other business functions, including Finance, Commercial, BI and Operations
- Communication and presentation skills
- \xe2\x80\x9cStory telling\xe2\x80\x9d skills and ability to present to a senior audience
- Ability and drive to investigate drivers of performance in detail
- Analytical and conceptual way of working
- Knowledge of and experience in the common data analytics tools
- Database and Excel knowledge
- Dashboard creation and Power Point skills
- Business and pricing acumen
- Basic skills in SQL, Python, or R of advantage
- Business English fluency, a good command of another major language would be an advantage (especially Arabic)
