We are looking for a

Business Manager

to oversee daily operations, drive business growth, and ensure that our projects are completed efficiently and profitably.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business (design, production, and installation). Plan, coordinate, and monitor all branding projects from start to finish. Implement effective processes to ensure timely delivery and quality control. Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment.

Sales & Client Relations

Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships. Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts. Meet sales targets and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Work closely with clients to understand their branding needs.

Financial Management

Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. Track expenses and revenue to ensure profitability. Oversee invoicing, pricing, and cost control.

Team Leadership

Supervise, motivate, and support staff across departments. Schedule work, delegate tasks, and monitor performance. Foster a positive, productive work environment.

Strategic Growth

Develop and implement business strategies to grow market share. Identify new market opportunities and potential partnerships. Contribute to marketing and promotional campaigns.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent work experience). 3-5 years of experience in business management, operations, or sales (preferably in printing, signage, or vehicle branding). Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Knowledge of project management and financial reporting. Proficient in MS Office and business management software. Customer-focused mindset and attention to detail.
