Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business center, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
Manage office space leasing, renewals, and tenant relations.
Develop and implement business strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance teams to ensure quality standards.
Supervise front desk, admin, and support staff; provide training and performance feedback.
Handle budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
Monitor client satisfaction and handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational standards.
Prepare regular management reports on performance, occupancy, and business development activities.
Promote the center's services through networking, partnerships, and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
in business center, serviced office, or facility management.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in MS Office and basic accounting software.
Customer-focused and able to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
Knowledge of leasing, contract management, and tenant relations preferred.
