We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven
Business Manager
to oversee the day-to-day operations, drive business growth, and ensure overall efficiency across departments. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, business acumen, and excellent communication skills to manage teams and build lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth coordination across departments.
Develop and implement business strategies, policies, and procedures to achieve company objectives.
Identify new business opportunities, build partnerships, and strengthen client relationships.
Monitor market trends and analyze financial performance to support business decisions.
Manage budgets, control expenses, and ensure profitability targets are met.
Lead, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve operational excellence.
Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations for management and clients.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience as a Business Manager or in a similar management role.
Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in MS Office and business management software.
Preferred Experience:
Experience in managing or operating a
Business Center, Serviced Office, or Co-working Space
is highly desirable.
Knowledge in sales, marketing, and client servicing within the business services industry.
