We are a well-established Interior Fit-Out company with over 06+ years of successful operations in Dubai.
We are looking for a highly experienced professional (5-10 years in UAE Interior Fit-Out / Construction field) to join us as a Working Partner / Business Manager with a Salary + Performance-Based Benefits package.
Capable of managing business, projects, operations & client relations.
Strong technical knowledge and existing client connections.
Proven leadership in Interior Fit-Out project delivery and business growth.
Guide a small team to maintain consistent quality, creative innovation, and design excellence.
Manage vendor communication, budgets, and timelines to ensure seamless execution.
Strong understanding of modern aesthetics refined, sculptural, and storytelling-driven.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Driving license is an advantage.
Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to achieve financial targets and enhance profitability.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
