Job Description

Coordinating with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules. Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress and delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels. Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals. Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members. Perform risk management to minimize project risks. Examine the progress of the work and maintain the plans of the project to make sure that the results obtained are as per the standards of the project. Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients. Conducting post project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements. Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information. * Lead and motivate people, drive them towards successful achievements, provide coaching and support when needed and create a strong team spirit culture to boost internal productivity.
